Where is Charleston Tea Garden® tea grown?

Our tea is grown right here on Wadmalaw Island, South Carolina. We are proud to be the home of the only tea plantation in North America where you can see hundreds of thousands of tea bushes stretching across 127 acres.

How should I store my tea to maintain freshness?

To preserve the delicate flavor and aroma of your tea, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. Our airtight tins or resealable pouches are designed specifically for this purpose.

What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?

We ship via standard ground services across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Can I return food products if I am not satisfied?

Because tea is a food item, we cannot accept returns for opened products due to safety and quality standards. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there was an error on our part, please contact our customer service team within 15 days for a replacement or refund.

Are your tea products organic or pesticide-free?

The Charleston Tea Garden® does not use any pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides on our tea plants. Our unique island environment and natural irrigation allow us to produce high-quality tea without the need for harsh chemicals.
